£750 Taxi Excess Protection

What is Excess Protection?
What is Taxi Excess Protection Insurance?
The Important Bits

Excesses on Taxi Insurance are often higher than you would like and it's the worst thing you want to deal with when you need to deal with the stress of making a claim.

Taxi Excess insurance works alongside your normal taxi insurance policy to cover the cost of the excess which applies if you need to make a claim, up to £750.

When you make a claim, you pay the excess as normal but then claim it back through your excess insurance policy.

Taxi excess protection will reimburse the excess paid on any claim on the main motor insurance policy.

By having excess protection you may wish to increase the excess on your policy therefore potentially reducing your initial premium, but also important to consider the effect on small claims, if you increase your excess too much.
