Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return an Item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase. Simply contact us within 14 days of the start date of the policy and we will cancel the policy and refund in full.

1. Please use the contact us page on our website within 14 days of purchase to request a refund and we will organise a full refund.

Return Exceptions

In an instance where you have made a claim within the first 14 days of taking out a policy. It will then not be possible to obtain a refund .You may cancel the policy, but there will be no return premium.
