Pricing wise, this policy is competitive for the lower monthly rents. For the higher monthly rents our online option may work out cheaper.

- Rent Recovery
- Cover is provided for the costs and expenses for the pursuit of legal proceedings for undisputed and unpaid rent.
- Tenant Eviction - Cover is provided for the costs and expenses for the pursuit of legal proceedings for obtaining vacant possession from the tenant at the expiry of the valid notice to quit.
- Tenant Property Dispute - Cover is provided for the costs and expenses for the pursuit of legal proceedings relating to the tenant failing to return the property in the same condition as at the commencement of the tenancy.
- Legal Defence – Cover is provided for the costs and expenses for you defending a prosecution in a criminal court arising from the letting of the property.
- Property and Squatter Protection - Cover is provided for the costs and expenses for the pursuit of legal proceedings resulting from nuisance, trespass, unauthorised occupation, or damage caused by a third party.
- Rent Guarantee - Cover is provided for the undisputed and unpaid rent before vacant possession is obtained.
